Return & Refund Policy

At Hops and Pops, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging, if applicable.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Certain products, such as personalized or custom items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Please contact us within the 15-day return window at hopsandpopsco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

Since all products are shipped from international warehouses, please be aware that international returns may take longer due to shipping and customs delays. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.
